About these terms
By using SarathiOS (the marketing site at sarathios.com and the product at os.sarathios.com), you agree to these terms. SarathiOS is an evolving product; behavior and features may change as we improve it.
Your account & access
- Anyone can create a free Open account at os.sarathios.com. Paid tiers require a valid payment method.
- One account per person. Don't share credentials.
- You're responsible for what's done under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use SarathiOS to evaluate decisions that involve illegal activity, harassment, or anything that violates someone else's rights. Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the system.
Your data
You own the decisions you write. We process them only to give you a risk evaluation and to improve the product in aggregate. See the Privacy Policy for details. You can delete your data at any time.
What SarathiOS is — and what it isn't
SarathiOS provides decision-support analysis. It is not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. Risk scores are model outputs based on the text you provide and known startup-failure patterns; they're a thinking tool, not a guarantee. You remain solely responsible for any decision you execute.
Pricing
The Open plan is free, with a monthly evaluation cap. Founder, Captain, and Fleet are paid plans (see the pricing page for current rates). We will give at least 30 days' notice before any material price change to existing subscribers. Founding-member rates are honored as long as the subscription remains active.
Termination
You can stop using SarathiOS at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SarathiOS is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the system's output.
Changes
If we change these terms in a material way, we'll post an updated version here and notify active subscribers by email.
